Lyons Den fitness

Located in Coedcae Lane Industrial Estate, Lyons Den Gym is founded on providing high quality training, equipment and service to everyone who steps through our doors. With over 7200 square foot, our gym consists of 4 rooms to meet the requirements and preferences of each individual’s training style.

We have also introduced a Sun Bed Room

LYONSDEN is back With a Bang! and a slight difference.

Due to the current covid issue, we have some newly introduced rules to keep everyone safe and as happy as ever to continue to train with us!
We ask you to wear a mask upon arrival and whilst walking through the gym.
Spray the cloths you are provided with on entry to clean down any equipment you have used.
Maintain 2-3 metres distance from others.
Use the designated one way system.
Hand Sanitizer is available whenever you would like it too.

Brendan Lyons has over 15 years experience in personal training as well as running the family business. He also has a Level 4 experienced from grass roots to high profile clients.

George Harris has been working at Lyons Den since 2018 . He has a Level 3 personal trainer qualification and is very experienced in fat loss and nutrition.
