Owner
Brendan Lyons has over 15 years experience in personal training as well as running the family business. He also has a Level 4 experienced from grass roots to high profile clients.
George Harris
George Harris has been working at Lyons Den since 2018 . He has a Level 3 personal trainer qualification and is very experienced in fat loss and nutrition.
